If you are not satisfied with products purchased via the Cottage of Dreams website, please contact us on hello@cottageofdreams.co.uk and we can arrange a refund. Our refund policy is shown below.
Returning an item
- Consumers have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.
- If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us on hello@cottageofdreams.co.uk to resolve the issue.
- If you have had a change of mind on your purchase and this is the reason for the refund, and the item is not damaged or faulty, all products must be unopened, unused with any seals still intact.
- In this case, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
- Upon receipt of your returned item, it will be inspected. If our return criteria is not met, then we are unable to issue a refund and items will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- This refund policy applies only to products sold by Cottage of Dreams. Services offered by Cottage of Dreams are non-refundable.
Receiving your refund
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- The credit will appear within a number of days, subject to your card issuer's policies.
